The COVID-19 pandemic has hit us hard. It has been so hard to see our wonderful children and students cooped up in quarantine. We also know it’s been a difficult time for many adults. At Central Utah Ballet, we wanted to send our care and love to our students and their families by offering one free month of dance classes during the month of September.

Central Utah Ballet offers a range of classes for children from 3 years old to 18. We also offer adult dance classes for those adults who want to brush up on their ballet skills and get in a good workout. Each of our programs is classically based and includes ballet pedagogy that is developmentally appropriate for each age and level. Below are descriptions of some of our classes:
- Pre-Ballet – Pre-ballet is a fun and engaging preschool and toddler ballet program for students 3-6. This program introduces your child to ballet while helping them develop a genuine passion for dance.
- Children’s Ballet – Our children’s ballet program is for ages 7-12 and is available in 5 levels. This allows you to choose the ballet level that is best for your child’s age, skills, and level of commitment.
- Pre-Professional Training – We also offer a highly sought after pre-professional ballet training program. This program simulates the college and professional ballet experience.
- Private Lessons – Central Utah Ballet also offers private ballet classes for those students seeking one-on-one practice and improvement with an experienced teacher. To inquire about private ballet lessons, please contact us.
- Adult Classes – In addition to children’s ballet classes, Central Utah Ballet also offers adult ballet classes. This is a great way to brush up on your technique, get a good workout, and make new friends. Drop-ins are welcome.
