Melissa Warnick is an experienced dancer with a passion for the expression and art of dance. She has danced major roles with Mountain West Ballet including Sugar Plum Fairy, Titania, Snow Queen, and Dew Drop Fairy. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Ballet from Utah Valley University and continues to train with Masse Lancaster to strengthen her skills and expand her teaching capabilities. 

Melissa Warnick has always had a deep passion for dance. Dance has been her way of expressing her emotions and truly feeling alive.
 
Melissa danced with Lancaster School of Ballet for 15 years and with Utah Dance Center for 4 years.
 
She received a full-ride scholarship to Utah Valley University and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Ballet. While attending UVU, Melissa danced with the Repertory Dance Ensemble under the direction of Nicole Ortega and Jaqueline College. She studied all forms of dance including, ballet, modern and African dance.
 
Melissa has danced major roles with Mountain West Ballet including, Sugar Plum Fairy, Titania, Snow Queen, and Dew Drop Fairy.
 
She continues to train with Masie Lancaster to make sure she is always learning something new and growing her capacity to teach.
 
It is Melissa’s desire to enhance each student’s quality of life with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, along with professional dance education.
 
Melissa is married to Lance Warnick and they have three children Marlee, Jake and Taylor.
